Spinelates® is a registered trademark that is owned and used under exclusive license by Centered Spine, L.L.C. This brand name should not be used to refer to any services other than those owned and offered by Centered Spine, L.L.C. Those persons wanting to use the Spinelates® mark must first get permission from Centered Spine, L.L.C. Once permission for usage has been granted, the following is a guide for using the mark in accordance with the permission given.
What gets ®?
Spinelates® MUST have a noun following it. It cannot be used as a noun since it is always a modifier (like all brands).
Examples of use: Spinelates® spinal rehabilitation program or Spinelates® Pilates program.
Some usage rules:
- When using the ® mark on a website or in a publication, the mark needs to appear the first time the term or logo is used on that webpage or that printed section (like the first time the Spinelates® is used on a page). After that you can use the term without needing to repeat the service mark.
- Those authorized to use the Spinelates® mark cannot sell, re-sell or produce for sale any items with our mark or brand printed on them, such as on a T-shirt.
